Count and mark 12 ties on a Unitrak section at least 64mm in length.
This coincides with the reinforcement struts on a 128 mm track section.
Cutting with a rotary tool is easiest. I used a Diamond coated cutting wheel.
Cut all the way against the rail, but do not damage the rail itself.
Assemble the uncoupler , making sure that the gap between the uncoupling plates is even to the rail. Using a small hand twist drill make the holes for the outer two screws and tighten them.
